Shipping Rates and Policy

Options Naturopathic Clinic is committed to providing its customers the highest quality and freshest products in a timely and accurate fashion. Our friendly and professional staff members will be glad to help you with shipping questions, product delivery status, returns or exchanges and specific product requests.

All orders received by 3 p.m. will ship the same day Monday through Friday (except for Federal holidays). Orders that are placed online are shipped free within the continental United States by USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Shipping times vary by destination and range between 1-7 days. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Need products faster? We offer several paid options including overnight, 2nd day, international and ground shipping from USPS and FedEx. Those rates are available from our LIVE shipping rate calculator during the checkout process. Additionally, you can send us an email at oncservice@gmail.com or call us at 1-888-ONC-3746 if you have specific questions about shipping charges.

We ship heat-sensitive items with ice packs or other insulation material so that these products are not exposed to high temperature variation. The purpose is to maintain maximum product potency. Hence, these products will not be shipped on Fridays unless a specific request for next day air shipment is made to us. We make this recommendation to protect the quality of the products from temperature variation in a warehouse for an extended period. There is an additional handling charge of $3.00 for those products.

Back Orders

If we are out of stock on an item, you will only be invoiced for those items that are shipped to you. Backorders are generally filled within 3 days. You will only be invoiced once the back-ordered items are shipped to you.

Return Policy

Options Naturopathic clinic will honor your request to return products so long as the products are returned within 30 days and are re-saleable, unopened and the outer seals are intact sans markings. The company does not take back refrigerated or homeopathic products.

A Return Merchandise Account (RMA) number must be obtained by you prior to the shipment of your return. The RMA # can be obtained by contacting us via phone (1-888-ONC-3746) or email (oncservice@gmail.com). Please be sure to include your RMA # on the return label in large bold print and save the shipment tracking number for your records. Failure to follow this process will cause a delay in the credit to your account. The credit issued will be for the amount of the value of the merchandise ordered less shipping charges and restocking fees of 20%.

Credits for returns will be processed within 5 business days and it should appear on your credit card statement within 7-10 days.

Defective or Damaged Product

Options Naturopathic Clinic will gladly ship a replacement product (USPS First Class or Priority) to you at no charge if a product is damaged. Please notify us within 14 days of shipment date. Options Naturopathic Clinic will provide a postage-paid shipping label for you to return the defective or damaged product to us. So long as the original product is received within 14 days of issuance of the return label, you will not be charged for the replacement product. A restocking fee of 20% will apply for goods that are returned and not exchanged or replaced.
