The full-time Patient Care Operator role is critical to the efficient flow of our facility. Being a clinic, apothecary, and e-commerce brand, the environment is fast-paced and requires daily hands-on involvement, problem solving skills, and critical thinking. This position acts as the “face of Options” and is responsible for greeting patients and customers as they enter the facility, directing them to the proper staff member, managing phone calls from both current and prospective patients, scheduling consultations and treatments, managing the calendar and all labs/medical records. This role has an opportunity for growth into a more direct patient care coordinator and specialist role with the end goal being the direct management of our complex/oncology patients.

The full-time Apothecary Assistant role is critical to our patients’ timely receipt of product orders. Responsible for overseeing purchasing & receiving our 850+ product inventory through Shopify’s PoS system, the processing of orders & shipments to patients & customers, this role requires problem solving skills and critical thinking.
