After the Initial Visit, fees are determined based on an hourly rate of $140.00.
Phone consultations of 10 minutes or less are not charged. Any calls beyond 10 minutes are charged at the regular hourly rate, starting at $28 for 10 minutes.
Phone consultations are normally scheduled like regular appointments, but we welcome you to call anytime in the event of questions or an acute illness. We are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality care, which often requires us to spend time charting and developing treatment plans beyond the length of the phone call. Due to time constraints, scheduled and unscheduled phone consultations that exceed 10 minutes are charged at the regular hourly rate beginning at the first minute and may continue beyond the phone call in order for the doctor to complete the patient plan.
Any email that requires any reference (to the patient’s chart or other resource) will be charged $10.00 and emails that require research, explanation, and multiple responses will be charged $50.00. It is preferred for patients to track multiple questions and save them for follow-up appointments. Emails to Dr. Erin and Dr. Laura should ideally be used for urgent or acute illness needs.
In an effort to streamline communication, keep our appointment fees as low as possible and to support Dr. Erin and Dr. Laura in keeping a balanced, sustainable workload we use a pre-paid tiered email system.
Please read and choose the appropriate option to pre-pay. Please note: email is not to be used as a substitute for office visits and we reserve the right to schedule a follow-up office visit instead of responding to your email. In these instances, you will not be charged for your email.

HERBAL SUPPLEMENTS, VITAMINS/MINERALS AND HOMEOPATHICS
Suggested supplements are not included in the price of the visit. The cost of recommended remedies varies between $200 and $350 per month in most cases. Cost is often related to the condition for which services are being sought and therefore their expense can vary widely from person to person. Severely ill patients, cancer patients and those on multiple allopathic medications should expect their monthly remedies to exceed $300 per month because of the nature of addressing these types of problems. Likewise, patients with strict budgets can still benefit tremendously from diet, lifestyle and a less expensive homeopathic protocol from a consult with Dr. Erin or Dr. Laura.
Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx and PayPal are acceptable forms of payment. Payment is required at the time of the visit.
MISSED OR CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS
Cancellation of a NEW PATIENT appointment without due cause and less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge for 50% of the total new patient fee. There is a $75 charge for missed return patent appointments or appointments cancelled without 24-hour notice.
